1. How do I place an order?

Simply click onto out website, scroll through our delectable cakes and treats, select the items you want to your basket and make a booking. We’ll respond via email if the date is available and send you an invoice. Then click back onto our website and make the payment

2. What happens if I need to change my order?

The quickest way would be to pop us an email at least 5 days before the due date.

3. What happens when I want to cancel my order?

Should you wish to cancel your order you would need to do so at least 5 days before the ordered date and we will fully refund you.

4. Do you deliver?

Of cause we do. We gladly deliver your order right to your desired location. Be it your home, office, a venue or even a surprise delivery for someone special.

6. How do I make payment?

Payment can be made through our online store. We’ve provided a payment gateway

7. What are your payment terms?

All orders should be paid for in full and upfront upon confirmation of availability. No part payments will be accepted. Only Payment of your order confirms your booking.

8. How far ahead should I order?

All of our cakes and treats are made fresh to order and require a lead time of at least 3-5 days. We operate on a first come first serve basis, therefore be sure to book your order asap to avoid disappointment.

9. Can I collect my cake?

Yes, you may collect your cake. Select the ‘pick up’ option, send through your booking and we’ll forward you the address.

10. How do I best transport my cake when I collect it?

Cakes are best transported in an air conditioned vehicle with the flat on the floor on the car.

11. How long will my cake last?

To ensure optimal taste and freshness it should be consumed as soon as possible or within 48 hours. Improper storage effects the longevity of the product, therefore cakes should be stored in the fridge in airtight containers or packaging to prevent the cake from attracting odours from other items in your fridge. Cake is best served at room temperature.

12. How do I care for my cake?

Avoid keeping the cake in direct sunlight or heat to prevent the frosting from melting. Store the cake in a cool dry place and try to display it just before your event starts. Cakes with fresh flowers need to be refrigerated to preserve the flowers.

13. Do you make fondant covered cakes and 3D figure cakes?

Our cakes are all similar to what you see on our website. We do not do fondant and 3D figure cakes.

14. What happens if I need to place an order urgently?

Give us a call or pop us an email and we will gladly assist if we are able to. We cannot guarantee your request as we work on a first come first serve basis.

15. I have a custom cake order, can you help me?

We will certainly assist if we are able to. Send us an email with the images you have and we’ll take it from there.

16. Do you have a store front?

No, we are an online bakery and service all our customers through our online store.
